He questions the constable for harassing him despite having all the required documents, only to land up in a jail and be threatened to be charged under various sections of the IPC. A corrupt traffic constable (played by Prithvi Raj) stops him and ten others in the middle of a busy road, lets those well-connected go, lets those who pay him some bribe get away, but Arvind is not the one to relent. Verdict: Unlike other films it focused on corruption of Government employees not Politicians because a political leader is in power for only 5 years but the latter is for 38 years. For this the respected authorities of 147 members were allegedly booked cases. Finally he did a sting operation by 4 of his friends with also the honest people in every government office by applying government identities like aadhar, pan card, voter card, ration card for a anonymous person. In the court he complained on police for bribing. But he denied it, then a complaint booked on him and prosecuted by court. Although he has all documents he was asked to bribe by traffic police. He can't tolerate corruption, bribing, breaking traffic rules, lavish and urban culture of youth in cities like friendship with opposite sex, going to pubs etc., He was caught by traffic police for a small mistake though not done intentionally. Only he knows that people inside the books, literature. He don't know about the people's mentality of outside world. Arvind an employee in a company came to city for job from a rural area.
